    The data collected will not be transferred to foreign countries outside the European Economic Area and will not be subject to profiling systems.

    For third-party services such as Google services, data may be transferred to the USA based on guarantees provided by the GDPR.

    The collected data will be retained in our archives for the time strictly necessary to perform the requested services or for the timeframes established by administrative, accounting, and tax laws. The data managed by the data controller using the IT services provided by Hi-Net srl, a company specifically appointed as external data processor, will be retained for the time strictly necessary to perform the requested service.

    We also wish to inform you of your right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data and to rectify or erase it, limit its processing, or object to its processing, as well as your right to data portability, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

    NAVIGATION DATA

    The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified users, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the users themselves to be identified.
