DESCRIPTION
PTS Tape is the indispensable tool for rapid repairs, leak plugging, and protective insulation. Thanks to its special, glue-free, self-fusing compound, the tape chemically fuses with itself when wound under tension, creating a hermetic, continuous, and permanent seal at a low cost, even in the presence of water.
Suitable for instantly stopping leaks on gravity or low-pressure pipes. Perfect for plumbing and ventilation systems. Ideal for protecting and insulating cables and electrical components. Highly resistant to harsh environments and corrosion.
It is easily applied to complex shapes such as bends, T-pieces, crosses, sleeves, joints, flanges, and welds, without requiring advance knowledge of the pipe's exact diameter. It adheres effectively to pipes made of polyethylene, PVC, asbestos cement, cast iron, stoneware, steel, fiberglass, and many other materials. It can be applied on both sides; the unused portion of the roll remains perfectly reusable for subsequent applications. Excellent UV stability and extreme temperature tolerance from -50°C to +260°C.
Remove the clear protective film as you unroll it. Pull the tape firmly (the product stretches up to 300%). Overlap the tape sections to activate the self-fusing process.
