GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS AND OPERATION
The screened material is placed on the moving belt, which slowly rotates and transports it to the unloading point. From there, the screen rotates back to its starting point. The conveyor belt can be installed horizontally or at an incline.
It can be made of different materials and types depending on the characteristics of the solids to be transported and their unloading needs.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
- Support frame with a profile suitable for the sliding of the belt and side edges to contain the substances to be transported;
- Closed loop cloth tape treated with wear-resistant material resistant to chemical and atmospheric agents;
- Set of belt support and guide rollers;
- Traction roller driven by a worm gear motor;
- Worm gear motor coupled to the traction roller;
- Optional: cover with both upper and lower casings with hopper opening at the loading point.
STANDARD EXECUTION
- Support frame made of painted carbon steel profiles and sheet metal;
- Standard PVC-coated tape with vulcanized joint also on the sides to prevent the canvas from shrinking;
- Carbon steel towing and driving rollers.
