Grilling Solutions

This product family includes various types of screens and filtration systems designed to separate unwanted materials , ensuring efficiency, reliability, and easy maintenance in wastewater and surface water management processes.

Screening represents a strategic step in treatment systems , where water is filtered through specifically sized screens and grids, retaining debris and various solids before passing to subsequent purification or disposal stages. The line includes various types of screens and screening systems, each with specific characteristics and methods of use:

Hydraulic Grille – OG: system with hydraulic movement for efficient cleaning of the filter screen;

Auger Filter Grid – GAF: coupling between grid and auger for the automatic removal of filtered solids;

Rotating Drum Screen – RDG and Fixed Drum Screen – FDG: versions with drum for continuous or stationary filtration for the separation of liquid from suspended solids;

Belt Grate with Pegs – SGP: configuration with pegs for the extraction of deposited solids;

Self-Cleaning Belt Grate – SCG and Continuous Belt Grate with Steps – CSG: belt solutions for applications with high material loads;

Auger Screen – AG: a specific type with auger installed directly in the canal. It combines screening, pressing, and dewatering of wastewater;

Belt conveyors

The screened material is placed on the moving belt and transported to the unloading point. The conveyor belt can be installed horizontally or inclined and made of different materials and types depending on the characteristics of the solids to be transported and their unloading requirements.

Mechanical sludge treatment

Flat filter table – FFT: designed to dewater the sludge that remains on the surface and is then discharged separate from the wash water;

Sludge dehydrator – SD: through rotation the sludge is dehydrated and subsequently compacted and collected;

Dynamic Thickener – DT: solution to prevent sludge thickening.

Compactors

Hydraulic compactor - OC: through constant pressure inside the pressing chamber, the screened material is subjected to a process that reduces its water content and increases its density, with direct benefits in terms of management and transport;

Screw Compactor - SC: Equipped with a worm screw (auger) inside the collection chamber, this model guides and compresses the solid material along the compaction path.

Screw sand extractor

A mechanical solution for separating and extracting sand from wastewater within water treatment plants, typically installed after primary grit traps to complete the removal of heavy materials.

The clarified water is returned to the upper part of the hopper, while the sand is transported and discharged in the designated area, with the possibility of additional washing with water jets to improve the quality of the collected material.
