In drainage systems and gravity-fed pipelines (sewers, stormwater, and industrial wastewater), ensuring a perfect connection between pipes is essential. Our professional joints are the fastest, most versatile, and safest solution for joining two pipes, both for new installations and during extraordinary repairs on existing systems.

Thanks to their structural flexibility, these sleeves absorb vibrations of the subsoil and the pipeline and maintain a perfect hydraulic seal even if the ground is unstable or subject to small landslides and subsidence.

To precisely meet the various construction site geometries, the range is divided into four specific models: the standard MDC model designed to join two pipes with similar external diameters, the MSC model ideal for joining two pipes with similar external diameters that require greater structural strength or a superior hydraulic seal, the MAC model which is specifically designed to join two pipes with different external diameters and finally the MSC plus model which offers maximum strength for joining and transitioning between two pipes with different external diameters, even on very large pipelines.

To help the customer or designer immediately identify the right model directly from the site, just follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Check the outside diameter of the pipe: Carefully measure the outside of both pipes to be connected.
2. Analyze the pressure and joint conditions of the pipes: Check whether the installation takes place in a pressure pipeline and whether there are particularly difficult conditions between the unions.
3. Cross-reference the data with the tables: Once the external diameters and the type of coupling (similar or different diameters) have been determined, simply identify the corresponding code.

Furthermore, our range includes wide-tolerance GS couplings, S-flex flexible couplings, and other types tailored to your needs, designed to perfectly adapt to any construction site requirement. Thanks to their structural flexibility, these couplings absorb vertical and horizontal movements, curved connections, and seismic events.

The S-Flex series is ideal for drainage structures in bridges and overhead lines; made of EPDM rubber, it features a reinforcing core made of integrated steel rings or spirals to absorb movement.

The structure, corrugated both internally and externally, is lightweight and flexible. S-Flex elastic sleeves can be used with standard pipe diameters ranging from DN 160 mm to DN 630 mm (other sizes are available upon request).

We offer engineered systems for the safe and rapid creation of new connections on existing collectors, minimizing the impact on the excavation and ensuring the integrity of the main network:

T-flex saddle coupling (90° multi-diameter): designed for quick connections on pipes of any material. The geometry of this component ensures a perfect connection, preventing the coupling pipe from penetrating the main pipe. It absorbs road vibrations and ground settlement and is compatible with fiberglass, stoneware, cast iron, steel, PE, PVC, and fiber cement pipes;

LC-flex coupling: multi-diameter couplings for corrugated gravity pipes, made of elastomer with an AISI 304 stainless steel sealing band for lateral connection. Suitable for main pipes starting from DN 315 mm;

AT-fix coupling: simple 90° lateral coupling of the single-diameter type , suitable for corrugated or spiral polyethylene (PE) pipes;

T2 Connector: Designed for flat surfaces or wide radius ducts, made of EPDM rubber and suitable for lateral connections of concrete, PVC or HDPE pipes ;

T-Flex System: Designed for use on gravity pipes, it allows for quick and safe connections. The T-flex system is highly versatile, capable of adapting to any type of pipe and a wide range of diameters. Remarkably flexible from a structural standpoint, it absorbs vibrations from heavy traffic and natural ground settlement, making it ideal for seismic-prone areas. Each component is developed to ensure impeccable hydraulic sealing, in full compliance with EN 1610 standards and ministerial regulations dated 12/1985.
